About Me

Everyone was a beginner at one time....

I’ve been practicing yoga intermittently for about 15 years, which began as a physical "workout", but over time I began to understand the undeniable connection between my mind and body. Yoga brought healing to my abused dancer's body, calmness to my overactive and excitable mind, community to my social wellbeing, and a desire to forever continue learning about this beautiful art. In 2016, I obtained my 200 YTT certification and have enjoyed teaching a variety of classes since then. My specialties include cardio and flow vinyasa classes, aroma yin, chair yoga, and kids' yoga. I love teaching to all ages and abilities, and have found a passion for teaching yoga to beginners and those with limited mobility. If yoga feels intimidating and you're not where sure to start, come join one of my classes, and I can help guide you through a safe beginning.

My Classes

When you join my class, I will address your strengths and needs individually and lead you in the right direction to reach your goals whatever they may be. Take a minute to look at my weekly schedule and book a class today. I am currently teaching only one regular class each week, but will also sub at Coastside Yoga Collective as needed, so be sure to check their schedule (click the Contact button below).

CYC Foundations

CYC Foundation is a vinyasa flow class, where we will break down the basics in a supportive environment. This class is perfect for beginners of yoga, those new to the style of vinyasa, folks who are coming back to yoga after an injury, or anyone else. Infuse your day with this breath-to-movement style class, learn something new, and laugh along with me!

What is yoga? A 4 year old explains....

"Ok, so yoga is just...

you breathe in and out like this, then you start doing slow karate."
